The apartment prices are per apartment and day.
Prices include VAT.
Please refer to the descriptions of the apartments for details.
It is possible to book specific room categories. We reserve the right to request specific room numbers and floors. Of course, we try to fulfill your wishes as much as possible.
Bed linen and towels, change after 7 days, additional pillows/blankets possible (please ask in the café)

We keep your apartment guaranteed until 7.00 pm. Please contact us for a later arrival.
We want to clean your room thoroughly before you move in. Therefore, it is only ready for occupancy from 13:00.
On the day of departure, the room is available until 10:00 am.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, debit card or cash.
For a binding reservation, we ask you for a deposit of 20% of the total amount. The deposit must be paid within 10 days of receipt of the written reservation confirmation. Bank details: Osttiroler Volksbank; IBAN:AT584073000030002885, BIC OVLIAT21XXX. The full amount is due upon arrival. Payment methods:

... Something can always come up! We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. For example, you can take out one with the European Travel Insurance. Cancellations are only valid in writing. Up to 30 days before the start of the holiday can be cancelled free of charge. From 30 days to 7 days before arrival we charge 80% of the total amount. From 7 days before arrival, no-show, late arrival/early departure we charge 100% of the total amount. The Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions apply. Place of fulfilment Heinfels, place of jurisdiction Lienz in East Tyrol.
The visitor's tax is levied all year round by the municipality of Heinfels and currently amounts to €2 per person/night.
Children and teenagers up to the age of 15 are free.
Our prices are inclusive and include the tax rate on overnight services.
When a new price list is published, an existing price list loses its validity. The statutory VAT rate applies. Price differences in the individual price categories are only due to the size, equipment and location of the rooms or the booking of packages. All other services are the same.
